I’d like to present a brand new identity I had the pleasure designing. I went from designing the brand identity of one children’s concept store The Mini Life to the next. The one led me to the other which is why I feel so fortunate.  I met Mariko via Instagram when she was on the hunt for a designer, and we quickly connected. She is starting her own children’s concept store in Dallas, Texas. Her little boy is her what inspired her, so we dedicated the entire identity to him and his world. His own kingdom. And nothing suited it more than the figure of a marching little boy with a winding key on his back.  An element that would appeal to children and adults alike. A modern-day classic yet whimsical at the same time.  The palette she wanted was monochrome to keep it as clean & simple as possible. I loved the result, and I cannot wait until her store is launched. You will also see some variations underneath of the design process and how the design was finalized.

It’s always bittersweet when December comes around. Bitter as another year is almost over and the feeling that life is just passing us by so quickly. And sweet as the idea of new, unknown is waiting for us just around the corner. Because every end is a new beginning.

Happy December to all of you.

It’s been an amazing year and I am beyond grateful xo.

Athena is a minimalist herself and loves monochrome and minimal design. Told you, right up my alley. She wanted simple, black and white and fun. And that’s exactly what we concluded with. Mind you there were so many good ones to choose from as you will see in the process below but the final concept & layout worked best for her identity. The stand-alone mark is a geometric shape of a bunny with black & white ears. Depending which way you look at it, it can be the back of a bunny or the front with the black dot acting as the tail or the nose. And if you haven’t check out her store yet, well then you must

It has been a very busy past few months, can’t complain though. I have enjoyed working on all sorts of projects. Branding ones are my most favourite projects to work on. This one especially I loved working on as it is a part of an industry that I love and seek inspiration from.

The client wanted something more minimal and clean. Using her name initials as her mark with a subtle emphasis on the letter C – which stands for the clients’ maiden name and also her focus on Corporate Interior Design.

I have been working on this idea for like ever, and finally I’ve turned it into reality. With a lot of hard work, long hours in front of the computer and going cross-eyed, passion and strength,  I’m proud to announce that my online store is now up & live, featuring a selection of posters for all ages.

The link is . I will be adding more items in the store such as greeting cards and new posters that I am working on as we speak. I cannot wait to share more and more with all of you. Thank you all for your support and appreciation of my work. It means the world. xo
